It is shown that along with the achievements of science and technology by improving living conditions, increase range of clothes and shoes, a large arsenal of household chemicals, various food additives, etc., marked negative consequences of its impact on human health. It is noted that due to possible environmental culture is a significant reduction of such effects on human health.
